ABRSM Music Exams

Performance Grades

For the first time in ABRSM history, take centre stage and share your love of performance with our additional route to progress.

Performance Grades are available at Grades 1 to 8 for a wide range of instrumental and singing subjects, plus Initial Grade for Piano and Bowed Strings. This digital exam is assessed from a video recording and is all about performance - you and your audience, you and your music, you and your instrument.

ABRSM MUSIC THEORY EXAM PREPARATION

Preparation for the ABRSM music theory exams, from Grade 1 to Grade 5.

We will study pitches, note values, accidentals, musical notation, rhythm and time, scales and chords, music harmony, music analysis as well as more challenging concepts like irregular time signatures, compound intervals, triads, figured bass and some simple harmonic analyses.

TRINITY POP&ROCK

Preparation for Trinity P&R singing exam from 1st to 8th grade.

I provide exercises to address specific challenges towards healthy vocal production such as posture, breathing, support, articulation, resonance, among others.

Better posture, bigger lung capacity, and sustained stamina are just a few of the physical benefits of singing.

Learning music, in general, has been strongly linked to children’s cognitive, affective and psychomotor developments. The mechanism of the voice is so complex that singers need to give their full attention on the activities inside their body while singing – this consequently improves their level of focus.
